An alumnus of IIT Kanpur with a Master's in Design, Shah brings nearly two decades of design leadership to the studio. His work is deeply rooted in user-centricity, functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability, with a mission to create products that don’t just serve a purpose but also evoke emotion. Shah is widely recognized by clients for his friendly, approachable nature and his consistent willingness to support beyond business boundaries.

Mahmath A

With a B.E. in Production Engineering from MIT (Anna University) and over a decade of industry experience since 2011, Mahmath is deeply involved in both the strategic and executional aspects of every project. Known for his commitment to client relationships and timely delivery, he plays a key role in shaping product journeys from concept to reality.
His approach to product strategy is rooted in collaborative decision-making, market relevance, and long-term impact — empowering clients with clarity and confidence. For Mahmath, business vision is not about selling a product, but about building trust and delivering value through design.

Our Design Process

From Insight to Impact – Our process ensures every product is Functional, Aesthetic, and User-Centric.

1. Discover

We begin by immersing ourselves in your idea, industry, and user needs. Through research, competitor analysis, and stakeholder conversations, we uncover the core challenges and opportunities.

2. Define

We translate insights into clear design goals and product requirements. This stage lays the foundation with defined problem statements, target user profiles, and technical constraints.

3. Ideate

Here’s where creativity kicks in. We explore multiple design directions, brainstorming product concepts that balance form, function, and manufacturability. Initial sketches and low-fidelity mockups bring ideas to life.

4. Prototype

We develop physical or digital prototypes to test the viability of selected concepts. These help us evaluate ergonomics, user interaction, and mechanical feasibility early in the cycle.

5. Test

We gather feedback from users and stakeholders, assess performance, and identify potential pain points. This step is key to ensuring the product meets real-world needs.

6. Refine

Based on feedback and technical evaluation, we optimize the design—tweaking aesthetics, improving usability, and addressing DFM (Design for Manufacturing) aspects for a production-ready solution.

7. Deliver

We provide final deliverables including detailed CAD files, renders, documentation, and support for prototyping and manufacturing. Our goal is to ensure a seamless transition from design to production.
